Fanai Croff
Founder/Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
I believe we all have the inner wisdom to grow, heal, and become more fully ourselves. As a therapist, I serve as a fellow traveler—offering support, perspective, and tools as you navigate your unique path. My work is grounded in authenticity, trust, and presence, with a deep belief in the power of self awareness, acceptance and courage to access real change.

With nearly 20 years in corporate sales and marketing, I understand the weight of transitions, the struggle of feeling stuck, and the longing for balance. While I see a variety of adult clients, I specialize in navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, and self-worth challenges - always honoring the courage it takes to be truly seen.

Outside the therapy room, I find joy in connection, dance, and creative expression. It’s an honor to do this work—and to walk with others as they come home to themselves.

I serve clients in Illinois and Indiana.

Crystal Joseph-Stark
Licensed Professional Counselor
For more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across psychiatric, public, and private settings. I specialize in helping adults and teens navigate grief, life transitions, generational trauma, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I work with couples and families - particularly those who struggle with creating space for common ground and deeper connection.
I believe that healing happens through validation, support and understanding. I will cry with you, laugh with you, and walk alongside you as you embark on your healing journey.
I’m a natural nurturer who loves spending time with family and in the garden. I’m a lifelong learner & explorer valuing travel, meaningful conversation and new perspectives.
Michel Carter
Licensed Professional Counselor
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. As an LPC and Licensed School Counselor with trauma-informed training, I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to create a sense of safety and openness in the therapy room.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a special interest in working with children and teens, offering guidance around school stress, peer relationships, and self-esteem, while also partnering with parents to navigate IEPs, 504 plans, and school processes so students can thrive emotionally and academically.

In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs. I’m passionate about supporting women, individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Every story matters and whether you’re working through pain, navigating change, or seeking more balance, I’ll walk with you—with compassion, authenticity, and encouragement every step of the way.
